The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from Ti6Al4V alloy, conforming to ISO5832-3:2016 standards. The suture is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven for superior strength (ASTM F2848-17). Blue sutures are dyed using FDA-approved materials.
The system's inserter features a stainless steel tip (ASTM F899-12b) for patient contact, while the handle is ergonomically designed from polycarbonate and ABS material for precise control during orthopedic procedures.
Our comprehensive product range includes Disposable Surgical Lavage Systems, Suture Anchor Systems, Meniscal Repair Systems, Shaver Blades, Bone Cement Mixers, Rib Splints, Finger Splints, and other orthopedic surgical consumables. Our facilities feature Class 100,000 clean workshops and Class 10,000 purification laboratories to ensure the highest standards of medical safety.
